How to Engage Us
We start with a competitive analysis and on-site evaluation of your property. There is a fee of $75 for each listing. MTHS will provide a host with a special report that shows how others are performing in the area, and how you can compete with them.
We then come onsite to look at the property and show you what's needed to be successful as a short-term rental host. After this, you can decide if you would like to move forward with MTHS.

Housekeeping
Turnover services tailored for short-term rental hosts using eco-friendly products. Pricing varies based on unit configuration. Availability limited in some areas of Atlanta.
Subscription Linen Service
Full bedroom and bathroom linen service per turnover. Includes fitted sheets, flat sheets, pillowcases, duvets, bathmats, bath towels, and washcloths. Eliminates the need for hosts to maintain large linen stocks. Availability limited in some areas of Atlanta.
Basic Maintenance
Tasks outside of turnover housekeeping performed between guest stays: changing lock batteries, replacing light bulbs, swapping air filters, unclogging drains, ozone treatments, basic pest control, and more. Availability limited in some areas of Atlanta.
Toiletries
We provide toiletries for each turnover at a fixed rate, eliminating the need for hosts to manage inventory. Availability limited in some areas of Atlanta.
Consulting Services
Evaluation
An MTHS team member will assess your current setup and offer recommendations.
Design
The Co-Host will advise on staging requirements and provide a detailed list of suggested purchase items. The host is responsible for ordering and arranging delivery.
Unit Setup
The Co-Host will handle all tasks to set up newly purchased products: assembling furniture, hanging art and curtains, placing decor, setting up the kitchen, installing and configuring security and monitoring devices.
