YES. M&T Hospitality Solutions requires our certifed cleaning teams proivde the housekeeping for your property.  This is the only way we can preserve an acceptable quality level for housekeeping. We can not train every housekeeper to do the job our team provides. It ensures the host will get high ratings for cleanliness.

1.  Retain ownership of your listing.
   Don’t let a co-host list your property under their own Airbnb account or brand. If you part ways, you’ll lose the listing and all your reviews.
2. Control your payouts.
   Never allow a co-host to enter their payout information on your listing. This is a recipe for a Co-Host imposing all kinds of undocumented fees and leaving you nothing. Instead, use Airbnb’s Autopay feature, which automatically deducts their fee and deposits the rest to you. This keeps everyone honest.
3. When a co-host must list your property under their account:
   Ensure they add you as a co-host and assign you the "Host" role, so you maintain access and control over the listing.
4. Maintain full visibility.
   Never let a co-host hide the listing or guest communications from you. You should always have full access to messages, settings, and management tools.

YES. You can. We will recommend what you should use to maintain a good level of service. Hosts do not need to use MTHS linen service.

We support a wide range of tasks that would normally be done by the hosts. However, there are times when the host is not available to handle tasks such as sitting with contractors, bringing supplies to guests, and doing special projects. Some hosts don't live in the area so we can provide the boots on the ground to represent the host.

We typically provide full boots on the ground within one hour of downtown Atlanta, GA. If your property is 1.5 to 2 hours away, let's talk. It will depend on where it's located. Any property outside of that, MTHS can only provide Tier 1 management services.
