Our short-term rentals are perfect for everyday traveling which includes work, medical, amateur sporting events, and familiy holiday visits.
Regardless of your reason for travel, M&T Hospitaltiy Solutions can ensure you have a pleasent and relaxing experience.
Mid-Term Rentals
Our mid-term (over a month) is designed for our clients who need more than just a short-term say but do not want a full-year lease. Typical clients for our mid-term options are traveling professionals (nurses, doctors, laywers and IT professionals), people in between homes, corporate lodging, and traveling for medical treatments. Please contact us if you qualify for a mid-term stay in one of our properties.
Stays of a month or more are discounted between 20-40 percent. Call us for more information.
Long Term Rental for Displaced Home Owners
Displacement can be very traumatic for families. In times when people are unable to stay in their homes, staying long-term in a hotel can be very troublesome for larger families and extemely expensive. Many times multiple rooms have to be rented which can split families for months at a time.
M&T Hospitality Solutions offers special long term rentals for people who have been displaced from their existing homes due to natural disasters or damage to their properties.
M&T Hospitality Solutions can work with your insurance company to provide direct billing so all you have to do is move in, relax and be with your family together! Long-term stays are billed at a flat rate per month. Please call us for more information.

Do you own a property and would like to leverage it for short-term rental revenue? Would you like someone to manage for you?
M&T Hospitality Solutions offers a basic turnkey management service that includes platform listing (on multiple platforms). Our fully integrated service gives our customers a one-stop shop with no out-of-pocket costs. Additional services include, dynamic pricing, five-star amenities, external property surveillance, smoking monitoring, housekeeping, and linen services are also available. We will get you to 5-star ratings.
